Day Habilitation
Grow offers a comprehensive Day Habilitation program designed to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build independence, improve health, and establish meaningful relationships. Our program provides a supportive environment where individuals develop essential life skills, engage in therapeutic activities, and participate in community-based experiences tailored to their unique needs.
Our person-centered approach focuses on enhancing participants’ physical, emotional, and social well-being through a combination of on-site nursing care, therapeutic services, and engaging activities. With a focus on health, safety, and skill development, participants work toward achieving their personal goals in a nurturing and inclusive setting.
Program Highlights
On-Site Nursing Care
- Health monitoring and wellness education
- Medication administration and support
Therapeutic Consultative Services
- Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Therapy
- Behavioral therapy to support emotional and social development
Skill Development and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Training in hygiene, grooming, and nutrition
- Assistance with food preparation, shopping, and money management
- Safety awareness and household management skills
Recreational and Creative Opportunities
- Art and music therapy to encourage self-expression
- Sports, exercise programs, and wellness activities
- Monthly community trips to promote independence and socialization

Eligibility
The Day Habilitation program serves adults 22 years old and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities who qualify for MassHealth.
