Community Based Day Supports (CBDS)
Grow offers a comprehensive Community-Based Day Supports (CBDS) program for adults aged 22 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism. This program is designed to empower participants to lead enriched, meaningful lives by fostering independence, personal growth, and community connections.
Our CBDS program is centered on individual choice, encouraging participants to explore their interests and achieve personal goals through diverse, engaging activities. These include volunteer opportunities, recreational and creative pursuits, skill-building workshops, and community integration experiences. Participants benefit from both group-based and individual activities that promote hands-on learning and meaningful engagement.
Each individual works with a dedicated Case Manager to create a personalized plan based on their strengths, preferences, and aspirations. This approach ensures participants receive tailored support in areas such as employment readiness, life skills development, and social engagement.
