GROW Associates, Inc. offers benefit plans to assist employees and their families to pay for medical and dental costs, protect against loss of income resulting from death or disability, provide for dependent care, and to help save for the future. Health Coverage
GROW provides health insurance through its Neighborhood Health Plan Prime HMO benefit. GROW pays 65% of the premium, the employee pays 35%. This coverage is available after 30 days of employment. Click below for more information: 

Required Notices

Dental Insurance
Dental Insurance through Delta Dental is self-funded by the employee with discounted plans offering many levels of supplemental coverage available (pre-tax). For more information: click here.

Accident & Cancer Insurance
GROW also offers all employees Accident Coverage through TransAmerica Life at no cost to the employee. Employees may elect additional coverage at their cost for family members. For more information: click here.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Grow offers two options, Flexible Spending Account (Health Care) and Flexible Spending Account (Dependent Care). Use pre-tax dollars and save on your expenses. For more information: click here.

Retirement Plan (403b)

The 403(b) is a tax deferred retirement plan available to employees of educational institutions and certain non-profit organizations as determined by section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions and investment earnings in a 403(b) grow tax deferred until withdrawal (assumed to be retirement), at which time they are taxed as ordinary income. For more information: click here.

Paid Time Off (PTO) Accrual
Grow Associates, Inc. believes that employees should have opportunities to enjoy time away from work to help balance their lives. For this reason, we provide a program of Paid Time Off (PTO) to all full-and part-time employees.  Employees begin to accrue PTO on their first day of employment with the Company.  Accrued PTO may be used after an employee has been employed by the Company for 90 Days.
