Transition Services

In order to facilitate a smooth transition to adulthood for young people with developmental disabilities, Grow Associates works collaboratively through School-To-Work programs with local high schools, colleges, and the Department of Developmental Services in the Brockton and South Shore areas. Grow works to develop post-school (Turning 22) vocational and employment skills training and assessments, community experiences, social and communication skills, and daily living skills.

Utilizing our person-centered approach, Grow works with individuals, families, caregivers, and teachers to develop programs that are centered on each student’s individualized IEP goals. We offer students the ability to experience a wide variety of training options through our proprietary skills learning programs, and also onsite and offsite job placements.
