PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
GROW offers a generous PTO package of 4 weeks for the first year of employment, 5 weeks after two years of employment and 6 weeks after 5 years of employment. Part-time employees accrue PTO at a pro-rated rate.
Regular full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll for health insurance after 30 days of employment. The cost is shared between GROW and the employee.
The voluntary dental insurance is offered to both regular full-time and part-time employees scheduled to work at least 20 hours or more a week.
Employees get 11 paid holidays and an additional paid day off on their birthday.
RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNT
A 403(b) retirement plan is available upon hire for all employees and is 100% employee-paid through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
GROW offers both Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Accounts. These accounts allow eligible employees to set aside money on a pre-tax basis from which they are reimbursed for qualified medical or dependent care expenses.
Group Term Life insurance is provided at no cost to full time employees who have completed at least three calendar months of employment for an amount equal to their annual salary.
SHORT TERM and LONG TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE
Both the short and long term disability insurance are offered at no cost to full time employees after successfully completing three months of employment.
Eligible employees qualify to receive tuition reimbursement of up to $2,000 per year for qualified education expenses including the DDS Direct Support Certificate in Human Services.
ACCIDENT and CANCER INSURANCE
The voluntary Accident and Cancer insurance is offered to both full and part-time employees regularly scheduled to work 20 hours or more a week.
